Custom Blood Analyzer

The heater needed to have the lowest watt density while achieving even heat spread at high temperatures

It was important that it be durable and rugged

The heater needed to retrofit into existing equipment

Rapid heat up and cool down was important

  • Low watt density resulted in substantial increase in life of heater
  • Reduced power consumption
  • Our ribbon wound design performs better than etched foil in applications where the element needs to flex.
