Heat Torch™ 200
Sturdy and long-life define our HeatTorch family of process heaters. The Heat Torch™ 200 is our most robust production hot air tool. These air heaters were designed to satisfy the most demanding process manufacturing and OEM requirements. In-service uses include high capacity staking, curing, drying, heat-shrinking, sterilization, adhesive activation, air scrubbing, air knives and many inline process applications.
Heat Torch™ 200 air heaters are contained in a 2.0" diameter stainless steel pipe. The heater body is 5.0" long for power ratings from 500 to 4,250 watts, 9.0" for power ratings of 4,500 to 8,500 watts, and 13.0" for power ratings from 9,000 to 12,500 watts. Power increments are 250, 500 and 1,000 watts respectively. Allowable air flow is from 9.6 to 100 Standard Cubic Feet per Minute. Maximum air input temperature is 250° F. Maximum air output temperature is 1300° F. The inlet fitting is a 1" tapered National Pipe Thread standard female connector. Outlet options include 1 1/4" tapered National Pipe Thread female or you can choose to have no exhaust fitting. You can purchase one of our regular production models or contact us to discuss custom heaters with engineered options.
