Heat Torch™ 150
The Heat Torch™ 150 process heaters are robust hot air tools designed for high reliability, long life and substantial air flow. In-service applications include staking, curing, drying, heat-shrinking, sterilization, adhesive activation, air scrubbing and air knives. These air heaters are commonly used in a manufacturing process or OEM application.
The Heat Torch™ 150 process heaters are housed in a durable one and one-half inch diameter stainless steel pipe. The air heaters body is 4.70" long for power ratings from 500 to 2,500 watts, and 8.31" long for power ratings of 3,000 to 5,000 watts. The standard power increments are 250 and 500 watts, respectively. Allowable air flow is from 4.8 to 70 Standard Cubic Feet per Minute. Maximum air input temperature is 250° F. Maximum air output temperature is 1300° F. The standard inlet fitting is a 1/2" tapered National Pipe Thread female. Standard outlets include 1/4", 1/2", 1" tapered National Pipe Thread female fittings and no exhaust fitting.
