Heat Torch™ 030
The Heat Torch™ 030is the smallest of our standard process heaters. These 8.6 mm ( .340") diameter air heaters are ideal for concentrating hot air streams into small areas. It is a highly efficient tool with relatively negligible heat losses. The small size and focused air stream support great precision.
These air heaters operate best with air flow in the range of 0.3 to 6 Standard Cubic Feet per Minute. Power options are available up to 300 watts in either 120v or 240v supply. Maximum recommended output temperature for our smallest HeatTorch process heaters is 700° C (1292° F).
There are many applications for these hot air tools such as: melting, cutting, adhesive activation, de-soldering, heat staking, and sterilization.
