Heat Torch™ 030
 
  • The Heat Torch™ 030 is ideal for concentrating hot air streams into small areas with negligible heat losses.
  • This 0.34" diameter air heater is our smallest standard Heat Torch™ delivering greater precision with focused air stream. It can be mounted vertically or horizontally. (Horizontal mounting is preferred at high temperatures.)

  • The Heat Torch™ 150 heating element is contained in a 1 1/2" diameter stainless steel pipe.
  • The Heat Torch™ 150 comes in two sizes. The 4.7" long heater body accommodates ratings from 500 to 2500 watts [with standard power increments of 250 watts]. The 8.3" long heater body handles ratings of 2750 to 5000 watts [with standard power increments of 500 watts].
  • Heat Torch™ 150 has allowable air flow ranging from 4.8 to 70 SCFM. Maximum air input temperature is 250°F (121°C) with 1300°F (704°C) maximum output temperature. Standard inlet fitting is 1/2" NPT female. Standard outlet fittings include 1/4", 1/2", and 1" female NPT fittings or no exhaust fitting.
  • Heat Torch™ 150 is designed for high reliability, long life, and substantial air flow. Applications include staking, curing, drying, heat-shrinking, sterilization, adhesive activation, air scrubbing, and air knives.

Heat Torch™ 200
 
  • The Heat Torch™ 200 is engineered to satisfy the most demanding requirements. It is contained in a 2" diameter stainless steel pipe and is available in three sizes. The 5" long heater body is for power ratings from 1000 to 4250 watts [with power increments of 250 watts]. The 9" long is for power ratings of 4500 to 8500 watts [with standard power increments of 500 watts]. The 13" long heater is for power ratings from 9000 to 12000 watts [with standard power increments of 1000 watts].
  • The Heat Torch™ 200 has an allowable air flow ranging from 9.6 to 100 SCFM. Maximum air input temperature is 250°F (121°C) with 1300°F (704°C) the maximum output temperature. Standard inlet fitting is a 1" NPT female. Standard outlets are 1 1/4" female NPT fitting or no exhaust fitting.
  • This Heat Torch™ 200 service applications include high capacity staking, curing, drying, heat-shrinking, sterilization, adhesive activation, air scrubbing, and air knives.

Cool Touch™ 050
 
  • The Cool Touch™ 050 features a triple-pass construction that minimizes skin temperatures on the heater. The high-efficiency design focuses heat where it's needed, protecting people and product from unnecessarily hot surfaces.
  • The triple-pass design offers superior performance in heat cycling applications due to its high internal thermal storage capacity. Outlet temperature quickly stabilizes when power is applied and regulation is easily maintained.
  • Our Cool Touch™ 050 is a 1" diameter heater which can provide up to 500 watts and handle up to 7.5 SCFM of air. Outlet temperatures up to 1300° F can be supplied for your heating requirements.

Cool Touch™ 150
 
  • The Cool Touch™ 150 Heat Torch is a robust air heating tool designed for high reliability, long life and substantial air flow. In-service applications include staking, curing, drying, heat-shrinking, sterilization, adhesive activation, air scrubbing and air knives.
  • The Cool Touch™ 150 Heat Torch heating element is contained in a 2.0" diameter stainless steel pipe. The heater body is 4.7" long for power ratings from 500 to 2500 watts, and 8.31" long for power ratings of 3000 to 5000 watts. The standard power increments are 250 watts and 500 watts, respectively.
  • Allowable air flow is from 4.8 to 70 SCFM. Maximum air input temperature is 250°F. Maximum air output temperature is 1300° F.
  • The standard inlet fitting is a 0.5" NPT female. Standard outlets include 0.25", 0.5" and 1" NPT female fittings and no exhaust fitting.

Cool Touch™ 200
 
  • The Cool Touch™ 200 Heat Torch is a robust air heating tool designed to satisfy the most demanding requirements. In-service applications include high capacity staking, curing, drying, heat-shrinking, sterilization, adhesive activation, air scrubbing and air knives.
  • The Cool Touch™ 200 Heat Torch heating element is contained in a 2.5" diameter stainless steel pipe. The heater body is 5.0" long for power ratings from 500 to 4250 watts, 9.0" for power ratings of 4500 to 8500 watts, and 13.0" for power ratings from 9000 to 12500 watts. The standard power increments are 250 watts, 500 watts and 1000 watts respectively.
  • Allowable air flow is from 9.6 to 100 SCFM. Maximum air input temperature is 250° F. Maximum air output temperature is 1300° F.
  • The standard inlet fitting is a 1" NPT female. Standard outlets are a 1.25" NPT female fitting and no exhaust fitting.

Flow Torch™ 200
 
  • The Flow Torch 200 is a 2" diameter stainless steel air heater designed for high flow rates at low pressure drops. It incorporates an open coil spiral wound element of the highest grade material which provides quick heat up and cool down cycles with maximum heat transfer.
  • The Flow Torch 200 is capable of operation with airflows of up to 115 SCFM and up to 120 PSIG. Maximum output temperature is 900°F (482°C). Standard power of 1 kW to 10 kW is available in 500 watt increments.
  • The Flow Torch 200 offers reliable, long-life performance and reduced operational costs. Applications include hot air curtains, air drying, baking, chemical processing, dehumidification, laminating, web drying, textile applications, ink drying, paint baking/ drying, plastic curing, metallization, exhaust gas heating, hopper drying and sterilization. Optional equipment includes thermocouple and thermocouple fittings, stainless steel inlet and outlet reducers for hose or pipe. Control Panels are also available to provide precise temperature regulation.
